A new business centre, L34, opened in Vilnius this March. The distinctive three-storey building, offering 2,300 sq. m of space, is located in the scenic Žvėrynas district, at the intersection of Lenktosios and Kęstučio streets.
Today, on the Vilnius–Druskininkai road, near Varėna, the third "Eldrive" electric vehicle charging park developed by "Kenova" has been opened. It features five ultra-fast charging stations, each with a capacity of 400 kW. The 100th "Caffeine" network café also opened its doors in this park!
Construction has begun on the multifunctional 'Marina Nida' hotel complex in Nida. The project is being developed by Kenova and Marina Nida, UAB. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2027, and total investment will exceed €35 million.
