A luxury apartment project will rise in an exceptional location – on the Neris riverbank in Vilnius Old Town. The project is being developed by the architectural studio Arches. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q2 2026.
Kenova has acquired a 0.5 ha land plot on the banks of the Neris River in Vilnius Old Town, where a prestigious residential project of approximately 5,000 sq. m. is planned.
