A modern factory called "VLI Timber" is being developed in an industrial area of the Jonava district, where high-heat firewood for stoves and fireplaces is planned to be produced. "Kenova", together with "VLI Timber", will invest a total of around EUR 35 million into the factory buildings, infrastructure, and technological equipment, creating 150 new jobs.
The project is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2027.
