It all started with a challenge

ELDRIVE is an international company developing a network of electric vehicle charging stations in Lithuania. Having not previously operated in Lithuania and lacking experience in construction and real estate development, ELDRIVE was looking for a partner who could manage the entire project process -- from creating the concept to final implementation. They also wanted to open several sites within a short period of time.

Our solutions

KENOVA turned the idea of charging parks into reality by carrying out all the steps of project implementation on behalf of the client. The market was researched, and plots of land were acquired near the country's main roads. A unique project concept was created, which includes not only electric vehicle charging stations but also CAFFEINE and NARVESEN cafés, along with designated areas for rest and work. KENOVA undertook the design work, quickly obtained construction permits, organized contractor tenders, and oversees the progress of the construction projects.

Progress and results

The network of EV charging parks is being successfully developed, even though ELDRIVE had no prior experience executing projects in Lithuania. Without having to worry about funding sources or construction risks, the client can focus on its core business. KENOVA also provides expertise related to the specifics of the Lithuanian market – including the legal framework, construction process management, and more.
