Kenova and VLI Timber will invest EUR 35 million in a factory in the Jonava district.

Kenova has signed a land lease agreement with the Jonava District Municipality for a plot located in the industrial area of Venecija village.

In this area, Kenova, in partnership with VLI Timber, will invest approximately EUR 35 million in factory buildings, infrastructure, and technological equipment, creating 150 new jobs.

VLI Timber plans to produce high-temperature firewood for stoves, fireplaces, and cooking at the facility. The company exports its products to most European countries.

Kenova will design and construct the factory, specializing in build-to-suit project development.

The factory is scheduled to commence operations in the summer of 2027.
