Kęstutis Faktorovičius, CFA

Kęstutis Faktorovičius has extensive work experience in finance and real estate. He began his career in the international audit company Ernst & Young. He later held different management positions in MG Valda, one of the biggest real estate development and management companies in Lithuania, where he ended his career as a Member of the Board and Chief Investment Officer. In this company, Kęstutis Faktorovičius was responsible for the processes concerning new project acquisition and sale as well as financing and development issues. Since 2015, Kęstutis Faktorovičius has been a Member of the Board of UAB Investicijų Valdymas Prosperus, where he has gained valuable fund management experience.

Norbertas Faktorovičius has a lot of work experience in real estate sector. He started his career in MG Valda, one of the biggest real estate development and management companies in Lithuania, where he worked as a Sales Project Manager. His work proved to be very successful and lead him to found his own real estate company. Norbertas Faktorovičius has developed several commercial and residential building projects and successfully sold or leased them out.

In his 25 year-long career in the real estate sector, Darius Vilkišius has contributed to the construction of more than 2000 new apartments in tens of different projects and more than 50,000 sq. meters of commercial property. Darius Vilkišius has worked with some of the most challenging and biggest projects in Lithuania, such as the conversion projects of Vilbra business centre and Antakalnio Terasos, the new Swedbank administrative building, etc.
